We often talk about interdependence as the ways we care for and support one another. But what happens when we are the ones who need care? Drawing on the themes of Yom Kippur, we’ll explore the courage it takes to admit when we’re not okay, to ask for help, and to let others share what we carry. Join Dani Williams as we consider what it truly means to need and be needed by one another.

During service, children will be invited to join us for our Children's Faith Exploration program, Growing Columbines. Our program (K-5th) engages the spirit, mind, and body through games, movement, and hands-on activities. Kids start in the sanctuary with the whole congregation before heading to their classes.

For our youngest friends (under age 5), Nursery care is available for the duration of the service.

 This Sunday, our Growing Columbines will be creating a new classroom covenant and unveiling new posters for Unitarian Universalist prayer. Both invite us to explore this month’s theme of interdependence.

A covenant isn't just a set of rules, it’s a shared promise of how we care for one another and build a welcoming community together. Our classroom agreement honors the idea that we all thrive when we support one another. Join us as we reflect on what it means to be truly interconnected in faith, learning, and community!
